Jaxson - 5 Months Old

     At 5 months old, Jaxson is now 16 pounds and 25 inches long.  He usually sleeps about 11 hours in a row, but his last bottle is usually around 12-1am.  He seems to eat non-stop and is not patient while waiting for his milk.  Jaxson enjoys being in his jumper and often falls asleep in it.  He experiments with his voice more by cooing and laughing. 

  

 

 

 

 

 

   

Jaxson - 4 Months Old

     It's hard to believe Jaxson is 4 months old!  I look at him and think of all the struggle it took to get him here, but he is HERE!  He now weighs 14 1/2 pounds and is 24 3/4 inches long.  Despite wanting to eat 24/7 , Jaxson sleeps for about 8-9 hours each night.  He smiles more and more each day, and we even hear little giggles from him.  Things he loves are being held, chewing on his fist, looking at Mason, and getting his diaper changed (instant smiles).  We recently brought the jumper out, and he seems to like that as well!

Jaxson - 3 Months Old

Jaxson is now 3 months old!  He is 13 pounds and 22 1/2 inches long.   He is finally sleeping better and not fussing as much.  Jaxson sleeps on average 5-7 hours at night.  We are pretty sure he has a problem with milk protein (which will likely go away).   I've cut all dairy out of my diet and it has really helped him.  He is beginning to coo and smile at us.  When he is awake, he watches us constantly to make sure we are in the room.  He loves watching Mason, and Mason loves to comfort him.
